How does it work?
There is a lot of important data in Kommo, but sometimes managers need only a part of it in a convenient form. Accountants want to keep track of the payment process, marketers need information about the UTM tags and a marketing campaign, and supervisors require data about each manager's performance.
  • Upload fields from lead, contact, and company cards automatically with digital pipeline triggers
    The widget enables you to upload any data from 3 main entities: leads, contacts, companies.
    Uploading is based on preconfigured templates, where you can specify the list of fields to be uploaded and their order in the sheet. For example: if a lead has been moved to the “Invoice sent” stage, then its data will be uploaded to the Google Sheets.

  • Search, update, and delete data by the value of any field
    For example, in the VIP-customers sheet a sales value used to exceed $100 000, but now it has decreased and no longer fits the VIP segment - deletion of such a row from the sheet can be set up.

    You can specify the field by which the the data will be filtered and processed:
    For example: let's take the lead ID field, which is always unique. By this field, by triggers from the digital pipeline, we can:
    • Always create a new row in the sheet.
    • If the row already exists, update the data in it, if not, create a new row.
    • Delete the row with data.
    • Completely delete all data from the sheet and start from scratch.
  • Use «Google Sheets Lite» with the «Triggers» widget
    Triggers widget can help you set up the automatic update of your spreadsheets after any action, for example:
    • When a new company is created in Kommo.
    • When the NPS field is filled out with a low score.
    • To set up a complex segment of actions based on a set of field values of company and lead cards, and if the filter matches, send the data to the sheet.
    • If the regulation of lead processing was violated ( the client received no response, the lead got stuck at a pipeline stage, etc.), send the data to the sheet, and when the situation is resolved, remove the data from the sheet.
    In this manner, this widget can be used to manage data in the table: create, update and delete. Any field in Kommo can act as an identifier.
What is the difference between the two widgets?
This product is a lighter version of our «Google Sheets Integration» widget.
The Lite version doesn't have a timer for synchronization, filter uploads and works only with leads, contacts and companies from the digital pipeline.
