Track response time in your messengers using Kommo

The widget tracks how quickly a customer has been waiting for the manager's answer.
On the other hand, depending on how long it takes for customers themselves to respond, you can run different automated actions.
For example:

• no response for 15 minutes - set a task to your employee and add a tag;
• 30 minutes - send a message to the employee in Telegram;
• 60 minutes - send a message to the manager and change the responsible person;
• 3 hours - send an apology to the customer by auto-message;

This automation is available with the Triggers widget installed.

Navigate to your list or desktop. With the Finder widget, a search bar appears on every Kommo page. Just click on your avatar and start typing the word you want, the widget searches the entire database and will show results by leads, contacts and companies.

The average employee works with no more than a hundred leads, contacts and companies during the day. Now they are all at your fingertips. On any page you can quickly view the history and in 1 click go to the entity you opened recently. You can also add the contacts, companies and leads you need to your favorites and pin them in your list.

In the feed of the card you will immediately see the latest messages to messengers. And not only text, but also pictures, videos, and a player for listening to voice audio messages without downloading.
