Automate your leads distribution in Kommo

The widget passes the request to the manager and monitors its acceptance. If the first employee doesn't process it in time, it transfers the request to the next one, until someone starts working on it.

New leads go to those who are currently online and working in Kommo. To make sure managers don't miss anything, show an additional alert with sound. This functionality works in combination with the «Pusher» widget, which is free if you have a Leads Distribution subscription.

The users will be able to turn themselves in or out of the distribution. And assigned supervisors will be able to forcibly enable or disable the distribution.

You can assign workloads to managers and even an entire department by yourself. There will no longer be conflicts about why someone gets more requests and someone else less. The robot distributes the workload according to the set proportions.

You can assign responsible users from the list of specific employees or the entire department.
When you assign a department, the widget picks up the changes in the department, so if a new employee comes to this department, they will also start receiving requests.
You can also allow the user to switch on and off from the distribution on their own.

You can create several distributions at once and include different managers in them, e.g.: 3 employees work in the first shift, others in the second shift. You can also set the working hours so that the leads that come at night will be redistributed only in the morning.

If a duplicate request comes from a client, the widget will pass it to the responsible manager. In this case this employee will not drop out of the distribution queue.

The widget works in Kommo digital pipeline, you can customize distribution depending on the pipeline, stage, tags, budget, source and any other fields of the lead.
