How to add prompts to Kommo entity cards?
Now managers can see how to fill out this or that field at any time and will make fewer mistakes.
- Go to card field settings > «Setup» item in the lead, contact or company card.
- In the field settings, a text box for the prompt will appear. Fill in the text, add formatting if necessary.
- The text supports HTML code, you can add any symbols, pictures and even videos.
- Save everything and close the card settings.
- Now this field will have a question mark, and when you hover over it, a prompt will pop up.
- Field prompts work for all users who are enabled in the widget settings.
Now managers can see how to fill out this or that field at any time and will make fewer mistakes.
