The widget helps to determine which of the employees are currently working and which are on vacation. It will show contact details, current working status and user activity in Kommo.
How does it work?
After the widget is installed, the «Timesheet» button is added to the profile menu. If you click on the button, a window with a list of all employees in the account, their contact information and working statuses will appear.
A user can select their current status, which will be also displayed for all other users. For example, if an employee is on vacation, everyone will see it. You can create your own statuses, depending on the needs of your company. Statuses can be edited in the widget settings. Users can select their status on their profile page in Kommo.
In addition, the widget tracks an employee's online activity. A timeline is displayed in the timesheet, showing the time at which the user was active.
The activity is tracked only when the user is working in the desktop version of Kommo in a browser where widgets can be loaded. The activity history can be viewed for the last 7 days.
The algorithm takes into account mouse clicks and keyboard touches at least once in 5 minutes, if an employee just opens a window and does nothing, there will be no activity detected. Works only in the desktop version of Kommo
