Widget for automatic deletion of files in Kommo

How does it work?
Over time, you may find the Kommo storage filling up and having to clear it manually. This widget automatically deletes files and moves them to the Trash bin.
Deletion settings
For example, you want to delete everything except documents.
Set the desired settings and save the widget.
- File retention period - specify the period in months after which the file will be automatically deleted. You can choose the storage period by yourself.
- File sizes - the widget can delete or not delete files that are within the specified range. For example, you may want to delete only small files or only large files.
- Do not delete files - the widget will not delete files that are suitable for deletion by date and size, but meet the specified criteria:
- Of the following users - files that are uploaded by specified users will not be deleted.
- Of the following types - files with specified extensions will not be deleted.
- Containing the following text in the file name - if the file name contains the specified characters, the file will not be deleted. Notice that this setting is case-sensitive. If you write "bill" and the file name contains "Bill", the file will be deleted.
For example, you want to delete everything except documents.

File deletion process
Deletion is performed daily at night. The widget will collect the list of files that fall under the filter specified in the settings and move these files to the Trash bin (in the "Deleted" section). Files from the trash are deleted automatically after 30 days - this part is done by Kommo itself. At the current moment you cannot delete files manually from the "Deleted" section.
Note that the widget deletes all files that fall under the filter. Among them may be files used by the Sales bot that have been uploaded a long time ago, take this into account when setting up the filter. The widget does not know which files are still in use and which are not.
